Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
Usage beyond your plan limits is billed at standard pay-as-you-go rates. You can monitor your usage in real-time through the Usage & Limits dashboard and set up alerts to notify you when approaching limits.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Prorated credits will be applied accordingly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH transfers for Enterprise customers. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Is there a free tier?
Yes! Our Trial plan is completely free for 30 days and includes $100 in monthly usage credits. No credit card required to start. Note that Trial plans include simulated quantum circuits only - real quantum hardware access requires a Professional or Enterprise plan.
What's the difference between simulated and real quantum circuits?
Simulated quantum circuits run on classical computers and are suitable for development and testing. Real quantum circuit executions run on actual quantum hardware (D-Wave, IBM Quantum, Google Quantum AI) and provide true quantum advantage for production workloads. Real quantum executions are priced at market rates (~$0.25-0.50 per execution depending on circuit complexity and provider).
How are quantum circuit execution prices determined?
Quantum circuit execution pricing is based on current market rates from major providers. D-Wave charges approximately $0.25-0.35 per QUBO problem solve, IBM Quantum charges ~$0.30-0.50 per circuit execution depending on qubit count, and Google Quantum AI pricing varies by circuit depth. Our Professional plan includes 10,000 executions at these market rates, with additional executions billed at cost.
What is included in Enterprise custom pricing?
Enterprise customers receive custom pricing based on their specific usage patterns, volume commitments, and requirements. This includes dedicated infrastructure, custom SLA terms, and specialized support. Contact our sales team for a personalized quote.
How is compute time calculated?
Compute time is calculated based on actual instance runtime across all your EC2 instances, SageMaker training jobs, and quantum circuit executions. We use a standardized formula based on API calls as the primary metric, with direct AWS measurements for validation.
